Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to oversee fabrication quality control and assurance across project sites in India. The role requires strong knowledge of welding quality, structural drawings, and NDT certification readiness.

The candidate will lead inspection processes, maintain documentation, and coordinate with clients and management to ensure on-time delivery and product excellence. Willingness to travel across India and work at multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication quality control and assurance.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Structural Drawings.
• Knowledge of WPS/PQR/Welder Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of Mechanical Structural Drawings.
• Demonstrates a strong command over inspection processes, all welding quality and compliance with industry standards.
• 3Must have knowledge of WPS/PQR/Welder Qualification
• Excellent communication Skill with Project Clients and Managements.
• Ability to ensure product excellence through detailed inspections, documentation and proactive quality measures.
• Maintaining high standards across all stages of production with a keen eye for detail, continuous improvement mindset and effective collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Certification – NDT level II (RT, UT, PT, MPT)
• To Lead the Project Team and achieve the Target in time schedule and also ready to work in hand
• Review meeting set up per week & per month.
