The candidate will inspect fabrication and welding, manage QA/QC documentation, and support audits and client inspections, with accommodations and fooding provided at the site staff housing.

Position : Production QA/QC Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (SHADNAGAR), Telangana, India

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Salary : 4.50 - 5.00 LPA (Accomodations and fooding will be provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production QA/QC Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background and hands-on experience in fabrication and welding processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process compliance, inspection activities, and adherence to project specifications and industry standards during manufacturing operations.

Stay will be provided at the staff accomodation nearby Site Factory.

Accomodations and fooding will be provided. Which is not included in the CTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for fabrication, welding, and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality plans, and client requirements.
• Monitor welding processes, fit-up inspections, dimensional inspections, and surface finish quality.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform stage-wise inspections during manufacturing and final inspection before dispatch.
• Verify raw materials, consumables, and finished products as per standards and specifications.
• Ensure implementation of quality procedures and adherence to safety and manufacturing standards.
• Support internal audits, client inspections, and vendor quality assessments when required.
• Identify process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejections.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection tools, and reporting formats.
• Knowledge of welding inspection methods and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting documentation.
• MEP knowledge would be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Mechanical Diploma or BE Mechanical.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in fabrication/manufacturing industries.
• Experience in structural fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial manufacturing will be an added advantage
