Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Gurugram, India, seeks a Quality Engineer (Civil) to ensure civil construction activities meet project specs, drawings, quality standards and client requirements through strict QA/QC practices.

You will monitor inspections, conduct material tests, prepare QA/QC documentation (ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs), coordinate with site teams and clients, perform concrete, steel and waterproofing checks, and drive corrective actions and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 8-10 years of QA/QC experience on residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, quality procedures, IS codes and testing protocols.
• Experience handling client and consultant inspections; familiarity with quality documentation and reporting.
