Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager (QA/QC) to plan, implement, and oversee all QA/QC activities on construction projects. You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, codes, standards, and client expectations, while leading QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

The role requires developing and implementing PQMP, ITPs, and quality procedures, and managing NCRs/CAPA with root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing PQMP, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Experience in managing NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirements.
• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team including engineers and inspectors.
• Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Monitor inspections, testing, and material approvals to ensure compliance.

• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Monitor inspections, testing, and material approvals to ensure compliance with approved standards.

About You:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
• Experience in managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis.
