Job summary

Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil) for a residential building project. You will monitor construction activities, inspect materials, and support the implementation of QMP and ITP to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

The role requires a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 12–15 years of experience in QA/QC, with exposure to large-scale commercial and residential projects and regulatory requirements. Openings: 5.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, or project quality management.
• Proven experience in large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
• Exposure to Central Government projects, consultancy assignments, and regulatory compliance requirements will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities.
• Support the implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Review construction drawings and quantity requirements.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, deviations, and safety concerns.
• Assist in surveying, site setting-out, and construction verification activities.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, budgets, and project documentation.
• Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
• Manage design changes and maintain accurate project records.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance Systems, Code of Ethics, and applicable policies.
