Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance activities across our construction sites. This role involves hands‑on quality inspections, material testing coordination, and documentation to ensure all work meets specified standards and donor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspections

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Verify workmanship quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify non‑conformances and initiate corrective actions.

Material Testing & Verification

• Coordinate material testing with NABL‑accredited laboratories.
• Review and verify test reports for concrete, steel, bricks, and other construction materials.
• Maintain material traceability and quality records.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily quality inspection reports and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain QA/QC registers, checklists, and photographic documentation.
• Support quality audits and donor inspections with comprehensive documentation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing quality management systems.
• Participate in quality training and awareness programs.

Candidate Profile

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes, CPWD specifications, and testing standards.
• Familiarity with construction materials, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
