Job summary

Tracks & Towers Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Kamareddy, Telangana, is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 5–10 years of building construction experience.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards, and project requirements. Key duties include implementing QA/QC procedures, inspecting RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, coordinating inspections, maintaining ITPs and quality records, and supporting internal and external audits to ensure high-quality construction

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC
• Mandatory: Building Construction project experience
• Civil Engineering qualification preferred
• Candidates currently working on residential, commercial, institutional or government building projects will be preferred
• Immediate joiner preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for building construction activities
• Inspect civil works including RCC, PCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing and other building works
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements
• Conduct and coordinate material inspections and testing for cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, bricks/blocks and other construction materials
• Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, test reports and quality records
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, clients and testing laboratories for inspections and approvals
• Monitor concrete works, including slump tests, cube testing and quality documentation
• Identify quality issues/non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented
• Maintain proper documentation of NCRs, inspection requests, test reports and quality records
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project quality standards
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Ensure proper quality control during all stages of construction and finishing works

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities and materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Building Construction experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of quality inspection, testing and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC.
