Job summary

ADS Manpower Solution in India is seeking a mechanically inclined candidate for a production role. You will read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets, ensuring product quality through regular inspections and measurements while achieving daily production targets.

You will also perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic maintenance, follow 5S and safety procedures, and coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal machining and production processes.
• Familiarity with Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and teamwork.
