Kirby Building Systems, LLC is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure quality across civil and steel construction. You will conduct site inspections, verify drawings and specifications, and manage ITPs and quality documents.

The role requires coordination with project teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with IS codes. The candidate will oversee concrete and structural steel inspections, ensure non-conformities are addressed promptly, and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC for large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with IS codes and project specifications.
• Ability to prepare ITPs, checklists and test reports.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and ensure quality compliance across construction activities including civil works and steel erection.
• Conduct site inspections against drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Inspect civil works such as excavation, reinforcement and concrete pours.
• Inspect PEB structural steel fabrication, erection, bolting and alignment.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specs and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, inspection reports and docs.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Identify deviations and implement CAPA to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor testing like concrete, material testing, welding, bolt tightening.
• Maintain quality records and test certificates per requirements.

Description du poste

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure quality compliance across all construction activities, including civil works, structural steel erection, roofing and cladding.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction activities against approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.

3. Inspect civil works, including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete pouring, foundation and grouting activities.

4. Inspect PEB structural steel components, fabrication quality, erection, alignment, bolting, welding and sheeting installations.

5. Ensure all construction materials and workmanship comply with approved project specifications, relevant IS codes and quality requirements.

6. Prepare, review and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Checklists, Inspection Reports and other quality documentation.

7. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and clients for inspections, quality approvals and resolution of quality-related issues.

8. Identify quality deviations, non-conformities and defects, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

9. Monitor concrete testing, material testing, welding inspections, bolt tightening and other quality tests as per project requirements.

10. Maintain quality records, test certificates, inspection reports and project quality documentation, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
