Job summary

Zetwerk is seeking a quality control professional in Ghaziabad to oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes and ensure product quality. The role requires coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to monitor quality, inspect materials, and document nonconformities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, production, automobile or metallurgy.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, with Solar projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of steel making process, quality control & assurance principles, tools, and documentation (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate / supervise end to end manufacturing process to ensure product and process quality.
• Expertise in handling suppliers / process.
• Prepare detailed reports on performance, quality, and defect rates.
• Document nonconformities and recommend resolution techniques.
• Inspect products, components and materials for compliance with tolerances.
• Participate in QA and production meetings with the manufacturing team.

• Expertise in Hot Rolling, Fabrication and Surface coating / Hot Dip Galvanizing
• Expertise in making detailed reports outlining performance, quality, and defect rates.
• Document nonconformities immediately and recommend techniques for prompt resolution.
• Assessed quality of products and compliance with tolerance standards by inspecting products, components, and materials.
• Participating in all QA and production meetings with the manufacturing team.
• TPI and Customer Coordinator with project status and inspection planning schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in mechanical / production / Automobile / Metallurgy
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, with experience in Solar projects preferred.
