Job summary

Ritesh Engineering Works in Gujarat, India, seeks a Quality Control Engineer to oversee inspection and compliance throughout fabrication of equipment. You will implement ITP/QAP, ensure stage-wise inspections, and manage NCRs in coordination with production and engineering teams.

You will supervise welding QC, maintain QC records, coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients, and drive continuous quality improvements across fabrication processes to meet codes and client specs.

Qualifications

• Verify stage-wise inspection during fabrication of Equipment.
• Verify compliance with applicable codes and relevant client specifications.
• Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) or Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
• Oversee welding and fabrication quality control processes.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports as per the inspection conducted and ITP.
• Coordinate inspections with third-party inspection agencies and client inspectors.
• Identify and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams.
• Support internal and external audits and implement improvements to enhance fabrication quality and compliance.
