• Listen to sales calls to ensure compliance with company and regulatory parameters
• Analyse sales calls following in-life requests from the Customer Services Department
• Provide help and guidance to the Customer Services team on the sales process and compliance matters
• Listen to Customer Service calls for quality assurance with parameters for assessment
• Compile and analyse ad-hoc data
• Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times
