Key duties include in‑process control at production areas, daily in‑process testing, pre‑shipment checks, calibration of laboratory equipment, testing of raw materials

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and familiarity with quality systems.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory processes and testing.
• Experience in maintaining controlled documentation.

Responsibilities

• In-process control at production area.
• Execution of daily in-process testing.
• Pre-shipment checks of consignments.
• Maintain the management of control samples room.
• Calibration of daily instrument and equipment of laboratory.
• To perform the testing of Solution and preparation of test reports.
• Review of proof check, artwork & printing records.
• Provide data for quality trends and annual product report.
• Day to day activities related to stability chamber and stability studies.
• Preparation and review of test certificates.
• Execution of daily testing of incoming raw material.
• Execution of testing of finished goods inspection including the sampling.
• Approve & release of batch production record.
• Preparation of quality procedures, QSPs, work instructions.
• To perform the moisture testing of the samples.
• Support in the failure investigation of raw material, finished products and complaint samples

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GMP, laboratory practices, in-process testing, and documentation control, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• In-process control at production area.
• Execution of daily in-process testing.
• Pre-shipment checks of consignment.
• Maintain the management of control samples room.
• Calibration of daily instrument and equipment of laboratory.
• To perform the testing of Solution and preparation of test reports.
• Review of proof check, artwork & printing records.
• Provide the data for preparation of quality trends of sealing strength, annual product report, in process testing etc.
• Day to day activities related to stability chamber and stability studies.
• Job responsibility may be change as required and allocated by Quality Manager.
• Preparation and review of test certificates.
• Execution of daily testing of incoming raw material.
• Execution of testing of finished goods inspection including the sampling.
• Approve & release of batch production record.
• Preparation of quality procedures, QSPs, work instructions etc.
• To perform the moisture testing of the samples.
• Support in the failure investigation of raw material, finished products and complaint samples
