Qualifications

• Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure product conformity.
• Lead and train QC inspectors; enforce critical dimension checks.
• Manage calibration and verification of gauges and measuring equipment.
• Investigate customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and dispatch to ensure zero-defect delivery.

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Manager

Job Description:

The QC Manager will lead the overall quality assurance and control activities for brass, bronze, and gunmetal components, including cable glands, adapters, locknuts, inserts, sanitary fittings, earthing accessories, and centrifugal castings. The role ensures that all products meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer specifications through strict dimensional, visual, and functional inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and inspection plans for in-process and finished goods.
2. Supervise QC inspectors and ensure critical dimensions are checked at regular intervals.
3. Maintain calibration and verification of gauges, instruments, and measuring equipment.
4. Review customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure zero-defect supply and timely delivery.
