Job summary

Lucky-Tech Membranes Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Quality Control Executive for its factory. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring membranes meet defined quality standards and documenting results. Exposure to ISO standards and lab processes is preferred.

The role supports production teams and requires good attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. Diploma/BE/BTech in mechanical, chemical, textile or polymer is required.

Qualifications

• To ensure that membrane products meet defined quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications / drawings.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and testing methods.
• Maintain documentation including inspection logs and test records.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance for corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of membrane products.
• Check coating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality.
• Maintain and update quality check reports and logs.
• Identify defects and non-conformities and report them.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure consistency in quality.

Education:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Textile / Polymer)

Experience:1–4 Years (Freshers with relevant exposure may be considered)

Location:Factory (Manufacturing Unit)

Job Purpose

To ensure that all membrane products meet defined quality standards by conducting inspections, testing materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Performincoming, in-process, and final inspectionsof membrane products
• Checkcoating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality
• Ensure compliance withquality standards and specifications
• Maintain and updatequality check reports, inspection logs, and test records
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report the same
• Coordinate withproduction and maintenance teamsfor corrective actions
