Job summary

ESK Technova Softtech is seeking a QC Reviewer for our AI dubbing tool, ComposerX. You will review dubbed segments against the source and ensure lip-sync, timing, and emotional delivery align with the character. No target-language checks are required; knowledge of Malay/Bahasa/Marathi is a plus.

A sharp ear for performance and timing, along with clear, constructive feedback, is essential. Freshers may apply if they pass the test; 12 years in dubbing or post-production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review dubbed parts line by line against the source video.
• Check lip-sync, timing, emotion, delivery, and audio issues (noise, glitches, clipping, volume).
• Mark issues with correct category and provide rework notes.
• Send parts back to adapters, re-check rework and clear markers.
• Keep a concise QC summary per project (pass/fail, main issues, rework count).
• Follow Dubbing QC Standards and participate in calibration sessions.

About the role
A QC reviewer checks every dubbed part in our AI dubbing tool (ComposerX) before it goes out: does it play naturally, in sync, with the right emotion and the right voice? Target-language checks are done separately by a linguist as a final step, so QC does not need the target language. Knowing Malay, Bahasa or Marathi is a plus and would be the best fit.

What you will do

• Review completed dubbed parts line by line against the source video
• Check lip-sync and timing, emotion and delivery, right voice under the right character, and audio problems (noise, glitch, clipping, volume)
• Mark every issue in the tool with the right category and a clear rework note
• Send parts back to adapters, re-check the rework, and clear the markers
• Keep a short QC summary per project (pass / fail, main issues, rework count)
• Follow our Dubbing QC Standards and join calibration sessions so everyone judges the same way.
