Responsibilities

• Creatively adapt scripts into natural, culturally fluent English while preserving intent.
• Review glossaries and ensure script quality, sync, and high Right-First-Time delivery.
• Cast and direct English voice talent, shaping authentic performances.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, writers, QC, and engineers to ensure smooth dubbing workflows.
• Identify cultural, linguistic, or brand risks early and implement QC feedback.

We’re looking for an English‑language Dubbing Director who lives and breathes storytelling through voice. This role is for a philomath and creative risk‑taker —someone who understands that great dubbing doesn’t just translate dialogue, it reimagines performance for a new audience without losing the soul of the original.

You’ll own the creative life cycle of English dubbing projects—from script adaptation to final mix—working on global content where precision, emotion, and cultural intelligence matter equally. If you’re comfortable making strong creative calls, shaping performances in the booth, and driving outcomes independently, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

• Creatively adapt scripts intonatural, culturally fluent Englishwhile preserving the intent and tone of the original.
• Review KNPs/glossaries and ensure script quality, sync, and95% Right‑First‑Time (RFT)delivery.
• Cast and direct English voice talent, shaping performances that feel organic and emotionally true.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, writers, QC, and engineers to ensure smooth dubbing workflows.
• Identify cultural, linguistic, or brand risks early and implement QC feedback before final delivery.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in dubbing, localization, media, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio showingEnglish voice direction or adaptation work.

• Clear communicator with confidence in creative decision‑making.

• Languages:English (expert), Hindi, plus any two ofTamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada.
