Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of Dealers/RMs as per the defined audit plan.
• Ensure audit coverage, accuracy and timely feedback.
• Identify recurring gaps and provide actionable improvement feedback.
• Work with Dealers/RMs and Business teams to improve quality and RSR/productivity.
• Conduct quality briefings and focused training based on audit findings.
• Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Escalate critical/repeat observations and maintain proper audit records and MIS.
• Participate in calibration and governance reviews.
