Job summary

Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a CS/IT graduate to join our QA team for an enterprise SaaS product. You will own quality assurance lifecycle, design test cases, execute tests manually, report defects, and help ensure high-quality GRAVTY platform releases.

You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Postman API testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an QA Specialist, you will own the quality assurance lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, manual test execution, defect reporting, and validation to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What you will OWN:

• Run Tests manually and test software
• Create Test Cases and record test results Record defects and monitor them until closure
• Create Jira-based reports, dashboards, etc.
• Understand SDLC, release cycle, branching strategy, branches, and versions and use the knowledge for reliable testing
• Drive testing projects out of the Test Management tool

• CGPA above 7
• Have knowledge of manual testing or have worked on academic or personal projects related to Manual testing
• Have a strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
