Loyalty Juggernaut is hiring a QA Specialist in Hyderabad to own the quality assurance lifecycle for an Enterprise SaaS product. You will plan and execute manual tests, create test cases, report defects, and monitor them to closure, while leveraging Jira dashboards to track quality metrics.

The role requires CS/IT graduates with CGPA above 7, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team. API knowledge (Postman) is a plus.

As an QA Specialist, you will own the quality assurance lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, manual test execution, defect reporting, and validation to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What you will OWN:

• Run Tests manually and test software
• Create Test Cases and record test results Record defects and monitor them until closure
• Create Jira-based reports, dashboards, etc.
• Understand SDLC, release cycle, branching strategy, branches, and versions and use the knowledge for reliable testing
• Drive testing projects out of the Test Management tool
