Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to test and approve incoming raw materials and ensure conformity with approved mix designs.

You will coordinate with suppliers, conduct trials, calibrate testing equipment, and maintain quality records and MIS reports. Site visits and technical support to resolve quality issues are part of the role. You will also assist in stock verification and inventory checks to ensure materials are available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Test and approve/reject incoming raw materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
• Conduct admixture and raw material trials.
• Ensure usage of approved mix designs only.
• Check fresh concrete quality and sampling as per standards.
• Ensure proper cube casting and testing.
• Maintain calibration of testing equipment.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support.
• Resolve site quality issues and monitor cube results.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Prepare quality MIS and consumption reports.
• Assist in stock verification and inventory checks.
