Job summary

Wipro in Hyderabad, India seeks a senior Quality/Process Excellence professional to lead consulting assignments and deliver business value through quality initiatives. You will drive improvement programs across large engagements, benchmark best practices, identify gaps, mitigate CSAT risks, and collaborate with customers and operations leadership to close improvements using Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.

Strong MS Office skills required.

• Excellence head with a demonstrated history of working in outsourcing/offshoring.

• Led/driven six sigma and lean projects.
• Experience in large transformational programs: process reengineering, analytics, automation.
