Job summary

A leading technology company based in New Delhi is seeking a Video Editing Intern to support creative projects. The intern will assist in video editing, audio editing, and manage video files. Ideal candidates should be enrolled in or recent graduates of Film Production or Media Arts programs and have proficiency with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro. Responsibilities

Assist in cutting, arranging, and assembling clips for rough and final edits.

Support with audio editing, sound effects, color correction, and basic VFX.

Work with senior editors, take direction, and learn new techniques.

Organize and maintain video/audio files, ensuring easy access.

Produce rough cuts for review, focusing on pacing and flow.

Implement revisions based on team, director, or client feedback.

Source stock footage, music, and assets as needed.

Continuously improve technical and creative skills with new tools and techniques.

Requirements

Enrolled in or recent graduate of Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Basic graphic design knowledge (After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with YouTube and social media video trends is a bonus.

• Audio: Syncing, sound balancing, noise reduction.
• VFX/Graphics: After Effects basics, keyframe animation, masking.
• Color Grading: Basic correction, advanced grading (DaVinci).

• File Management: Organization, export settings.
• Creative Thinking: Storytelling, attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Learn new tools and trends.
