Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound lead handling via email, call, and chat.
• Help create and manage customer support content and onboarding tours.
• Conduct research on customer profiles, buyer personas, and market trends.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach in sectors such as app marketing, web development, and digital services.
• Support the creation of business proposals and client pitch presentations.
• Help manage customer relationships and support post‑sale activities.
• Provide assistance in tracking sales metrics and performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A keen interest in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SMM, ASO, and web development is a plus.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Good experience of working with international clients.
• MBA degree is an additional advantage.
• Decent certifications from reputed company / agency in related fields.
