Job summary

RV Industrials seeks aQuality Assurance Engineer (non-IT) for its CNC machine shop to perform quality inspections on CNC/VMC parts and ensure conformance to drawings. You will use precision instruments, interpret drawings, and document defects while coordinating with production teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and a willingness to work in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu candidates are preferred; both genders may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality inspection methods for CNC/VMC machined parts.
• Ability to handle quality instruments for different applications.
• Ability to understand and analyze drawing requirements.
• Experience with inspection of incoming, in-process and final parts.
• Basic knowledge of height gauge and master setting.

Responsibilities

• Quality inspection of CNC/VMC machined parts.
• Handle usage of quality instruments for various applications.
• Read and interpret drawing requirements accurately.
• Inspect incoming, in-process and final parts and report deviations.
• Maintain basic knowledge of height gauges; assist with CMM where applicable.

Role & responsibilities

• 1)Quality Inspection of CNC/VMC Machined parts
• 2)Knowledge to handle quality instruments usage for different applications
• 3)Ability to understand & analyze drawing requirements
• 4)Inspection of incoming parts, In-process parts & Final Inspection parts
• 5)Height Gauge/Master working basic knowledge
• 6)CMM working experience is added advantage
• 7)Documenting & reporting defects and deviations from quality standards
