• Excellent written English and the ability to prepare professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine compliance and quality checks using established procedures and checklists.
• Review student records, assessment documentation and training files for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with internal audits, evidence gathering and document preparation.
• Maintain compliance registers, policy records, review schedules and document version control.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and escape identified issues.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and compliance updates for Australian management.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to collect required documentation.

Laurus Education is seeking a highly organised and analytical Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer to support our Australian education operations.

In this role, you\'ll work closely with our Australian Risk, Quality Assurance and Compliance team, helping maintain high standards of documentation, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
