The role emphasizes AI-powered test design, data generation, and rapid feedback loops. You will collaborate with Development, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment, build scalable test frameworks for UI, API, and cloud apps, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.

• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.

Description

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated "Quality Assurance Analyst – AI Test Automation" to help transform software quality for CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e) through the adoption of AI-powered testing practices and intelligent automation. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions while leveraging Generative AI and emerging AI tools to accelerate test design, test creation, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong quality engineering fundamentals with a passion for AI technologies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement. This individual will partner closely with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while advancing AI enabled testing capabilities across the organization.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and optimize test cases, test data, automation scripts, and testing workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI testing technologies and recommend solutions that improve quality, coverage, and efficiency.
• Implement intelligent test selection and risk-based testing strategies to reduce execution time and increase effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or TestComplete.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to support testing, automation development, or software delivery.
• Experience testing AI-enabled applications, copilots, conversational agents, or LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality engineering best practices
