Job summary

MLVeda is seeking a Quality Analyst specialized in Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud for an on-site role in Ahmedabad. You will design and execute test plans, validate configurations, and ensure data integrity across deployments.

You will work with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, document defects, contribute to QA processes, and assist release management to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret requirements and identify gaps.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Quality Management practices, documentation, and continuous improvement within QA.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear reporting of findings.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud testing, including workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and integrations.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (manual testing, basic automation concepts, issue tracking tools such as Jira or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic, product-focused environment.
