Job summary

Henry Harvin Education is seeking a QA/Audit Associate to monitor calls and chats, ensure adherence to formats and quality standards, and provide trend data to the management team. Excellent English communication is essential.

You will audit calls, emails, and WhatsApp/chats, deliver constructive feedback to colleagues, and support process improvements. Day shift with flexible working hours and Excel-driven reporting are offered.
