Job summary

Pxsn is seeking a Quality Analyst to test and validate LMS platforms, web apps, and digital learning solutions through development and release lifecycles.

You will collaborate with developers, PMs, content teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements, validate fixes, and ensure high-quality releases across web applications and LMS workflows including SCORM content.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manual software testing experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases.
• Experience with functional and regression testing.
• Good defect lifecycle understanding and bug tracking.
• Experience testing web-based applications.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Test web applications across different browsers and environments.
• Test LMS workflows including user management, enrolment, course access, assessments, certificates, and reports.
• Validate eLearning content and course functionality, including SCORM-based content.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.
• Work closely with developers to understand and troubleshoot application issues.
• Participate in UAT preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Validate application releases before deployment to production.

Job Summary

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and validating our LMS platforms, web applications, and digital learning solutions throughout the development and release lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, project managers, content teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify and troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure stable, high-quality releases. This role will provide exposure to web application testing, LMS and eLearning workflows, APIs, databases, release management, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
