Mindtel, an emerging edtech innovator, seeks a QA specialist to rigorously test e-learning modules across platforms. You will ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance, validate content accuracy and instructional alignment, and verify accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with SCORM and e-learning standards.
• Experience validating LMS content and testing accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
• Familiarity with instructional design concepts and QA for learning modules.
• Proficient in using Jira/Trello for defect tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end QA across e-learning modules including SCORM/xAPI compliance and assessment validity.
• Validate instructional content for alignment with learning objectives and pedagogical soundness.
• Test responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile on LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS).
• Document defects and track resolutions using Jira/Trello; collaborate with content developers for rapid iteration.
• Verify accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) including screen readers, keyboard navigation, and alt-text.
• Conduct UAT sessions, gather feedback, and refine QA checklists for future releases.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end QA across e-learning modules—including SCORM/xAPI compliance, navigation logic, multimedia sync, and assessment validity.
• Validate instructional content for alignment with learning objectives, subject matter accuracy, and pedagogical soundness.
• Test responsive design across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, etc.).
• Document defects, track resolution via Jira/Trello, and collaborate with content developers and instructional designers for rapid iteration.
• Verify accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) including screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and alt-text implementation.
• Conduct user Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, gather feedback, and refine QA checklists to improve future release quality.
