Job summary

HighRadius is seeking a Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to design and execute test strategies for scalable web applications and APIs.

You will collaborate with developers and product managers, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and drive automation coverage while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires strong SQL skills and experience with Selenium and API testing tools.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 2–3 years QA experience in manual and automation testing.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and API testing tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and database layers.
• Perform API testing using Postman or automation frameworks (REST Assured).
• Maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python).
• Validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Manage defects through Jira, collaborating with development for resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and release readiness reviews.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and automation coverage expansion.
