Job summary

Calderys India Refractories is seeking a Ceramics Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the ceramic or refractory industry. You will be involved in optimizing raw materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring quality across the supply chain from materials through production.

Responsibilities include material testing, product customization, and cost reduction initiatives, with emphasis on safety and IMS adherence. Excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech - Ceramics is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ceramic or refractory industry.
• Experience in refractory monolithic/bricks is preferred.
• Knowledge in ceramics and refractories.
• Knowledge in refractory testing and characterization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams.

Requirements:

Essential:
