Job summary

Calderys is seeking a dedicated professional in Gujarat to drive reclaimed materials initiatives and supplier coordination. The role emphasizes safety, material evaluation, and process alignment with IMS standards.

You will engage with plant, sales, and supply chain to optimize material sources and costs. The incumbent should bring 3+ years in ceramics/refractories, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of mineralogy, crystallography, and phase diagrams.

Qualifications

• B.Tech - Ceramics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ceramic or refractory industry.
• Experience in the refractory monolithic / brick industry will be preferred.
• The incumbent should have knowledge in ceramics and refractories.
• Knowledge in various refractory testing and characterization techniques.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams.
