Responsibilities
Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi- finished products and finished product.
Data entry in computer
Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation (1st /2nd/ 3rd).
Testing of BD, CCS, PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flextural strength and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
Handling quality complaints.
Profile & Competencies
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
2–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.
