Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Executive – Engineering QMS on-site in Mumbai. The role focuses on implementing QA standards, managing cGMP compliance in the warehouse, and developing SOPs and change controls. The candidate should be an SME in QMS documentation with 6–7 years of engineering experience.

The position requires hands-on experience with DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ and familiarity with TrackWise or similar QMS software. Training staff on GDP, cGMP, and SOP adherence is expected.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or B Pharma is required; BE preferred.
• 6–7 years experience in engineering dept and GMP documentation.
• SME in QMS documentation and related processes.
• Experience with cGMP in warehouse operations.
• Familiar with DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documentation.
• Knowledge of TrackWise or other QMS software.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA standards, processes and controls to enable cGMP in warehouse.
• Prepare and ensure SOPs are properly implemented.
• Manage deviations and ensure resolution via SOPs.
• Handle change control and CAPA related to engineering.
• Ensure documentation for DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ is maintained.
• Train staff on SOPs, GDP, cGMP and on-the-job procedures.
• Plan preventive maintenance and calibration in engineering.
