Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors; monitor performance and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly reports; support helpdesk requests to minimize downtime.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and participate in safety drills; ensure audit-ready safety documentation.
• Conduct site rounds, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation and energy conservation measures.
• Assist with minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades; train junior staff.
