Job description

Rassense Private Limited is one of India’s largest domestically owned food services companies. The corporate office is in Bangalore, and the company serves clients across sectors and geographies. It focuses on food service delivery at workplaces and uses technology to improve customer experience and operational quality. The organization values collaboration, ethics, quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships. It combines its Indian heritage with a modern, service-led approach and continues to grow as a major player in the food services industry.

About the Role

The QHSE Executive will own site-level safety and food safety controls, reporting, and compliance support for an industrial catering environment. This role will help ensure day-to-day adherence to QHSE standards through audits, incident reporting, training coordination, and hygiene process checks. The person will work closely with site teams, vendors, and management to close gaps quickly, maintain documentation discipline, and support certification requirements. The role is best suited to someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial catering services or a similar food operations setting, with the ability to work on-site and respond to operational needs with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own monthly MIS updates on work safety and food safety incidents, ensuring management receives accurate and timely reporting for action tracking.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly reporting, review meetings, and follow‑up actions so site teams stay aligned on QHSE priorities and closures.
  • Maintain training matrices, training modules, calendars, and induction plans to keep workforce readiness visible and compliant.
  • Conduct internal QHSE audits, vendor audits, and snag‑list follow‑up to reduce recurring risks and improve site control.
  • Coordinate food and water lab testing, share reports, and track deviations so hygiene and safety issues are identified early.
  • Prepare incident root‑cause analyses for work safety and food safety events, translating findings into corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Support HACCP and HIRA analysis, ISO 22000 implementation, and certification coordination to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive awareness activities such as National Safety Day, Food Safety Day, and Global Handwash Day to improve frontline engagement and hygiene culture.
  • Hands‑on understanding of QHSE controls in industrial catering or food services, including food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and documentation discipline.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, HIRA, ISO 22000, and FSSAI‑related certification processes to support compliant site operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with site teams, vendors, and management while keeping reporting and follow‑ups clear.
  • Ability to create and manage training calendars, induction sessions, matrices, and compliance records without gaps.
  • Comfortable using basic MS Office tools and CRM‑style tracking systems to manage reports, reviews, and action closures efficiently.
  • Good attention to detail for incident analysis, audit observations, lab report tracking, and client‑facing snag documentation.
Additional Plus
  • Prior exposure to industrial catering services, central kitchens, or large‑scale food operations will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting awareness campaigns, safety drives, or hygiene improvement initiatives at site level will be helpful.
  • Familiarity with flexible site schedules and operational coordination in a fast‑moving service environment is preferred.
What You’ll Bring
  • A practical, site‑first mindset that keeps safety, food quality, and documentation under control in a busy industrial catering environment.
  • The ability to convert audit findings, incidents, and lab results into clear corrective actions that improve compliance and reduce repeat issues.
  • Strong ownership over training, reporting, and coordination tasks so stakeholders always know what is pending, closed, or at risk.
  • A collaborative approach that supports team discipline, customer confidence, and consistent service standards.
