Job summary

PepsiCo India Foods in Gurugram invites a Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory Training Leader to drive competency development across sites by creating training tools, conducting sessions and mentoring plant teams.

You will lead deployment of PepsiCo standards at co-pack sites, oversee GFSS, QSHA & ASHA initiatives, support NPD trials and sustain a strong Quality culture through end-to-end KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement key strategic initiatives (e.g. digitalization) to ensure compliance to all quality & food safety criteria
• Lead deployment of new PepsiCo standards across new co-pack manufacturing plant with ensuring all existing standard are maintained.
• Lead GFSS, QSHA & ASHA across all plants with timely visits to Co man sites.
• Lead SET development at Co-man sites
• Support driving Quality & Food safety systems in plant for NPD and other R&D trials
• Support building a capable and engaged Quality team and an overall Quality culture
• Work on specialised projects of Pep+, productivity etc.
• Work on the Quality and food safety culture initiatives.
• Lead end to end reviews with Co mans for all Quality & Food safety KPIs and ensure all actions taken to support.

Overview

This role is expected to drive quality, food safety & regulatory competency development across the sites by developing training tools, conducting training sessions, leading and mentoring plant teams.

With Co-manufacturing footprint increasing and new portfolios being added (Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Solid Masti, Oats, Puffcorn and Lay’s), there is need to build capability of operating teams w.r.t Q&FS to deliver safe and consumer preferred products.

The role will ensure consistent compliance to QFS systems, enhance supervision with additional support, direction & guidance to ensure consistent delivery of Quality
