Job summary

Good Human Consultants in Jaipur seeks a proactive QC Manager to lead the QA team across apparel and hardgoods for export orders. You will implement QC standards, SOPs, and inspection processes while ensuring product quality during development and production.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in AQL, export compliance, and MS Excel reporting. You will coordinate with suppliers and international teams, drive CAPA and vendor scorecards, and monitor KPIs to improve supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QC/QA teams in export houses or sourcing offices.
• Proficient in AQL, export compliance, and multi-category sourcing QC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting systems.

• Track KPIs such as rejection rates, defects, and supplier performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of QC/QA systems, AQL standards, and export compliance.
• Experience in both apparel and hardgoods categories.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
• 815 years of QC/QA experience in export houses, sourcing companies, or buying offices.
• Experience managing multi-category sourcing QC operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Production, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
