Job summary

Hayat Placement Services seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee QC & assurance systems, develop quality plans, and manage the inspection team across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing to ensure buyer specifications.

You will establish and implement SOPs and comprehensive quality plans from fabric inspection through final packing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality standards and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of garment, fabric specs (GSM, shrinkage) and AQL standards.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead all quality staff.

Responsibilities
