We are looking for a dedicated and technically strong Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all incoming and outgoing pneumatic products meet our company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QC for industrial or pneumatic tools and the ability to coordinate efficiently with internal teams and vendors.
1. Inspection:
This QC inspector will be stationed at stores to inspect incoming products from the factory before dispatch. Work role includes:
a. Physical products dimensions comparison / confirmation with drawing.
b. Measuring dimensions of a product and making inspection reports.
c. Visual inspection / Pre-dispatch visual inspection for ensuring no dent, defect, rust, or finishing issue with the final product being shipped.
d. Checking by fitment with the mating part
e. Inspection of products sometimes at the factory before dispatch
a. Visiting factories for “factory inspection” to gauge the factory’s capacity to correctly manufacture required products.
3. Handling customers’ quality concerns
a. Understand the Quality issue reported by the Sales team.
b. Analyse the reason for the issue.
c. Coordinate with the factory for the corrective action to ensure its non-repetition.
