Job summary

Infinitycrest Group in Coimbatore is seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for conformance to drawings and specifications.

The role involves dimensional and visual inspection using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and related instruments, with attention to detail and teamwork to ensure manufacturing quality. Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are eligible.
• 0–3 years of experience in quality inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and products.
• Inspect against engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components/products.
• Inspect products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspection using measuring instruments.
• Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Gauges, etc.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities during inspection.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production team for quality-related issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected components.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Maintain inspection tools and ensure proper handling of measuring instruments.
• Follow company quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Quality Inspection / Quality Control.
• Good understanding of Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of GD&T will be an added advantage.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
