Job summary

Amartex Group in Derabassi is seeking an FMCG QC Incharge to ensure quality, safety, and compliance of finished goods and components from suppliers. You will oversee incoming material inspection, testing, documentation, and vendor quality monitoring to guarantee only approved products reach customers.

The role requires knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSSAI, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for QC/MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant science stream.
• Experience in FMCG quality control preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSSAI.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Job Purpose

The FMCG QC Inchharge will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, compliance, and consistency of FMCG products received from suppliers and vendors. The role involves inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, vendor quality monitoring, and coordination with Purchase, Warehouse, Merchandising, and Stores to ensure that only approved and compliant products reach customers.

• Ability to identify product defects and quality deviations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with Purchase, Warehouse, Merchandising, Stores, and Vendors.

Preferred Experience: FMCG / Food / Retail Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Laboratory Testing.
