Sage Herbals Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, seeks a Head of Quality Control (QC) to supervise testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products, and to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

You will manage laboratory operations, approve COAs, lead QC staff, and coordinate with Production, QA and R&D to resolve quality issues. The role requires 5-10 years in Quality Control, with experience in Ayurvedic, herbal, pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Experience in Ayurvedic, herbal, pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of raw material, in-process and finished product testing.
• Experience in laboratory management, analytical instruments and stability studies.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, QC documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in handling QC teams, investigations and quality-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Pharm, B.Pharm or relevant qualification.
• Experience: 510 years in Quality Control, preferably in Ayurvedic, herbal, pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of raw material, in-process and finished product testing.
• Experience in laboratory management, analytical instruments and stability studies.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, QC documentation and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience in handling QC teams, investigations and quality-related issues.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
