Job summary

NPL BlueSky Automotive Ltd. in Silvassa, Rakholi, is hiring a QC Chemist to perform quality testing on AdBlue (DEF) and related materials using a range of instruments. Based in our Rakholi plant, you will ensure accurate QC clearance for materials and packaging, and support calibration and documentation processes.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Chemistry and at least two years of instrument-based testing experience, with responsibilities spanning calibration, MIS scheduling, and audit compliance

Qualifications

• Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality testing using instruments.
• B.Sc. (Chemistry) graduate.

Responsibilities

• Test DEF (Adblue) samples and raw materials using listed instruments.
• Provide QC clearance for RM, batches, and packaging materials.
• Prepare standard solutions and chemicals for testing.
• Calibrate, rectify, and maintain QC instruments.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance records (CRM, ILC, etc.).
• Coordinate MIS scheduler for calibration, PM, AMC, disposal, etc.
• Ensure compliance with IQA and HO audits.

Opportunity with NPL BlueSky Automotive Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for Adblue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid - DEF) business as a QC Chemist who will be based in our plants at Rakholi in Silvassa.

JOB PROFILES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

1. Testing of:
   • Process/Batch Samples of DEF (Adblue)
   • Testing of Raw Material/DM Water/Urea/Raw Water
   • Testing of Packaging Material
2. QC Clearance / Approval:
   • RM / Batch and QA / QC samples.
   • Packaging material.
   • Bulk despatch.
3. Preparation of standard solutions & chemicals.
4. Calibration, Rectification & maintenance of QC instruments.
5. Documentation - Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, CRM, ILC, etc.
6. MIS - Scheduler (Calibration / PM / AMC / Disposal,etc).
7. Compliance of IQA/Customer Audit/HO Audit.
