Job summary

Nandan Petrochem Ltd. in Silvassa is seeking a QC Executive to join the oils, lubricants and greases division. The role is based at our plant in Silvassa and focuses on testing lubricants to ensure compliance with standard specifications.

The candidate must have a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a minimum of three years of quality testing experience in lubricants. Responsibilities include recording data, instrument maintenance, and strict verification of samples and packaging materials.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all tests for incoming material as per standard test procedures and verify against standard specifications and samples.
• Test and analyze all items and packing material to ensure quality and quantity.
• Check weights and batch numbers, with surprise checks as required.
• Maintain records of all raw data and logs for daily tests.
• Ensure smooth function of instruments and maintenance of the lab.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibrations.

Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a QC Executive who will be handling testing of lubricants and will based in our plant at Falandi in Silvassa.

JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

1. Carrying out all test for all incoming material as per the Standard test procedures and verify the same with the Standard Master specifications and Samples available
2. Testing and analysis for all items and packing material for ensuring proper quality and quantity
3. To check weights, Batch numbers. Subsequently surprise checks as mentioned
4. To maintain record of all raw data and proper registers for the entire test carried out on day to day basis
5. Smooth functions of the instruments
6. Maintenance of the Lab
7. Maintenance of all Lab equipment's and proper calibrations

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality testing of lubricants.
• Should be a B.Sc. (Chemistry) graduate
