Job summary

Kaneria Group in Mumbai is seeking a proactive QC / Post Sales Technical Executive to support customers after sales, ensure product quality and provide technical assistance for our Dry Ready Mix construction products. The role involves coordinating with customers, site engineers and internal teams to ensure proper product application and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication across English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Knowledge of construction materials and Dry Ready Mix products.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and site practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-sales technical support and resolve customer complaints.
• Visit construction sites to inspect product application and identify quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on Dry Ready Mix products and usage.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales and R&D for issue resolution.
• Prepare quality, site visit and customer feedback reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.

• Handle post-sales technical support and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Visit construction sites to inspect product application and identify quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on the application and usage of Dry Ready Mix products.
• Coordinate with the Production, Sales, and R&D teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare quality reports, site visit reports, and customer feedback reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
• Assist in root cause analysis of quality-related concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, Dry Ready Mix products, Block Jointing Mortar, & other building materials.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and construction site practices.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A personal vehicle is mandatory.
