Job summary

Aurolab in Tamil Nadu invites a quality control professional to conduct QC tests for in-process, finished products, stability samples, and water systems. You will operate within LIMS to standardize volumetric solutions and manage reagents, ensuring precise sample login procedures and calibration of instruments.

The role also involves assisting internal and external audits, maintaining inventory records, and verifying sample requisitions from production.

Responsibilities

• Quality control test for in-process, finished products, stability samples, water for injection and purified water
• Analyze non-conforming samples for investigation
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions in LIMS
• Preparation of solutions/reagents in Solution Management System in LIMS
• Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments in QC area
• Verification of sample requisition forms from production with Sample Login in LIMS
• Maintain chemical/reagent and solvent management in LIMS
• Maintain column management in LIMS
• Calibration and maintenance of all glassware
• Analysis of external finished product samples
• Maintain inventory log books

Role & responsibilities
