Aufgaben

Visual inspection & sampling of raw materials and packing materials according to test procedures
Maintain compliance with GMP, Health & Safety policies, and SOPs
Support all QC activities and maintain clean department, premises and equipment
Ensure procedures are carried out carefully to eliminate errors
Maintain good relations with team and respond politely to internal and external customers
Work with staff to uphold a positive progressive culture in the laboratory
Attend ongoing training
Maintain shade cards for QC approved labels and calibration history
Store control samples and testing samples properly in end user environments
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with standards
Verify and update testing results by completing reports and logs
Support manufacturing batch review and batch release as per SOPs
Prepare quality reports including analytical reports for materials and finished products
Produce Certificates of Analysis for finished products
Prepare stability study samples and control samples and generate reports
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Review validation protocols and CAPA reports and update in QMS
Update all activities in QMS system
Inspect tankers/barrels before filling and after filling and approve
Cleaning and washing of work areas and equipment
Plan raw material blending against targets
Inspect packing material quality before repacking blend products
Brief daily production plan to the team and verify SOP sequences

Jobbeschreibung

1.1 Visual inspection & Sampling of raw materials, Packing materials, intermediates and finished products using current Test procedure, Test methods, check list.
1.2 Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.(Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) , Health and Safety Policies, SOP.
1.3Supporting all QC activities. Maintain cleanness department, premises andequipment
1.4Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors
1.5 Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
1.6 Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within The Laboratory.
1.7Attend on-going training.
1.8 Maintaining shade cards for QC approved labels, Calibration History Card
1.9Storing of Control sample / return of testing sample in end user.
1.10Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards
1.11Verify and update testing results by completing reports and logs.
1.12ManufacturingBatch review/Batch releaseas per Standard.
1.13Preparing Quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products).
1.14Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished product.
1.15Prepare the StabilitystudySamples and control samplemake it thereports. etc.
